Class Overview

Join licensed instructor Emma for PILOXING Barre. This group exercise class that standing Pilates, boxing and dance. It’s a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting Pilates-influenced movements.

This well-rounded workout that is low impact, yet intensity building. This program creates full body awareness utilizing a high backed chair in lieu of a Ballet Barre for the entire class – both standing and grounded.
