Class Overview

This Zest Live! original workout focuses on elevating the heart rate to develop increased cardiovascular fitness. Using High-Intensity Interval Training systems such as AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) and pyramid systems the 30 minutes will be challenging, fun and fly by!
